i booked this hotel for by guest. the hotel is very good with ok service and food is also ok. location is is good as it is not in a very rush place. there is no parking facility, you need to park the vehicle little far.

I had an occasion to stay in this lodge with check in on 20:18 on 17/01/19 and check out on 18:28 on18/01/19. I want to share my bitter experience with travelling public. AC was not working and the response from the front office staff was not helpful. My reasonable request to change the room was not accepted. I was not able to had a sleep. More over toilet maintenance was poor and waste water was stagnating in the room. The rent of Rs 1680 collected is inclusive of AC charges. But I was denied that comfort. This is purely deficiency of service for the rent collected.

Standard hotel, rooms are OK. I have stayed many times here, always the Air conditioning cooling is very less, i don't know why. This time i thought non A/c is better for choosing AC room. Otherwise not much worries. Food is normal, can't expect much tastier.

It's average hotel. Little old but fine for short stay. My room shower was not working. Didn't try the breakfast but breakfast is complementary with stay. Has TV , table, chair etc in room. I ordered veg pulao for dinner... It was good but quantity was less.

tHE OVERALL HOTEL IS OF VERY HIGH GRADE AND EXTREMELY EFFICIENT FRONT OFFICE, ROOM AND OTHER AMENITIES WHICH ARE OF VERY HIHGH DEGREES. The free breakfast is a myth and and extremely sad to script the following happenings which was done more to instigate and intimidate a retired IAF officer in his own state and country that also one day before new year and on the day of NEW YEAR> I was supposed to check in by 12:00h but finally checked at 21:30h as flight was delayed and OLA car also ran off fuel with engine repairs. on 30 XII 2017. On the 31 XII 2017 morning I was served breakfast after I was quizzed and re ascertained (in fromt of other Guestrs) weather I had continental or Indian breakfast. I was served the left over despite arrival at 08:30 (07:30 to 09:30). Food preparation was awful abd full of flwas. Fresh fruit was given after we had breakfast and coffee. On the New Year the same waiter after wishing with paid coffee New Year, asked informed me that I have to pay for yesterday and today breakfast otherwise breakfast will not be served. He told to vacate my room immediately ((it was 08:00 am) and time was up to 12:00. I had paid the entire amount in full. He even said if you cannot pay, it is alright i will inform, management but give me tip of Rs. 500.00 He will even pack more breakfast for me of my my requests and choices. I strongly urge and plead all the GUESTS staying in this hotel to please confirm, ascertain and get in writing before you go to dinning A/c Hall in First floor so that your not insulted and shown the door as if your a criminal/mafia entering a wrong places. Better avoid paying for breakfast, nearby restaurant are serving tasty - homely food, hot and ofcourse with respects and dignity for you All other infra structure is set place and doing a excellent jon with perfect ease and precision I know the bearer / room service man name; but I do not wish to divulge
